Beautiful location, treehouse bure was great! Shared bathroom facilities are clean and convenient. Employees were exceptional too. Plenty of fun activities to do on island. Highly recommend village tour.

The food was wonderful and the staff was even better. We loved the place so much we ended up coming back after one day at another place. We stayed in a bungalow on the beach and could hear the waves all night. The snorkeling is amazing and there are free kayaks and paddle boards you can use. The bathroom is outside and incredibly beautiful. The room was big and spacious so we felt comfortable staying three people there. There are daily activities to participate in, and we enjoyed making our own bracelets very much. The place has a good mix of resort and backpacker feeling, so you get to know other travelers and has different price options as well.

There was nothing I could fault for this place. From the amazing staff to the lovely food. Kokoda is a must try, and the Friday night Lovo will send your palate to a whole other plane of existence. If you want an authentic Fijian experience with authentic people who make you a part of their family, this is the place for you. These people brought me so much joy, and I was looked after very well. I met multiple local staff members who told me stories of their families. The staff kicked my ass at volleyball every night 😅 plus the other activities are so fun. The Mantas are a must-see and going snorkelling on the reef every day, too! There are always new things to see daily. These people became my family in just over a week and I made true friends and family for life! Au via vaka vina vinaka vakalevu Manta Ray Island Resort.

Fantastic snorkeling, incredible manta rays, beautiful premises, nice bures. Beautiful island with at least four beaches. Very kind staff - helped on multiple unusual issues. All the activities are great - scuba diving (while the gear could be better), kayaking, village visit, traditional crafts, cooking, dances, songs and so on. Plenty to do for at least 4 days. Price is competetive in the area. Rather young vibe, not exactly party island, but not a retirement resort as well.

Our stay at Mantaray was nothing short of exceptional. The whole setup there is excellent and promotes both relaxation and cultural learning. The staff are a standout with an eclectic mix of personalities - Jim, Rapote and Anna were standouts for us. We took part in the village tour which is a must-do, the hand-line fishing which was good fun for an afternoon and a number of the free activities such as the Meke (dance show) and Kava ceremony. All of which were timely and good fun. We have already said we’ll be back again which is no small thing as we’re literally from the other side of the world!

Amazingly friendly staff, who put on a beautiful new year's party for us (with kava and singing!) Nox at the restaurant was always invested in us enjoying our meals and we really appreciated him every day. Nice, clean room Great snorkelling - lots to see! Awesome wood fired pizzas when they did this (ad hoc - extra cost ~$25 FJD)

The place was great. We chose this island because it had a good range of room choices and mid range fees compared to what’s out there. Really happy we chose to come here. The staff were great. The island was well maintained and looked after. The food was delicious and menu changes every couple of days. The pizza was yum! The snorkeling was amazing. Waking up on the beach front was superb. A lot of effort has gone into ensuring guests have a great stay.

We stayed in tree bure, it was great. Not big, but comfy; great balcony (big). Bed was really comfy and clean, fan was working really well (it wasn't hot during the night). Showers and toilets are clean, but no hot water in the shower (it's common in Yasawas and not really necessary, but I like to have warm shower even in the tropics:P). The biggest highlight was the reef just off shore, simply breathtaking. The best we've seen in Yasawas and the best we've seen so far in our lives. Huge soft corals, reef sharks and rays abundant. Amazing.
